SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-messaging program operated by Prosolviz, LLC ("Prosolviz," "we," "us," or "our"). They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Prosolviz may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages related to your enquiry or services — for example, appointment and scheduling messages, service and account notifications, alerts about issues we monitor on your behalf, and replies to messages you send us. Messaging is for service and account purposes; we do not run a marketing SMS program unless separately disclosed and opted in to.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by submitting it through a form, checking an opt-in box, providing it during an engagement, or texting us first. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Prosolviz does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers & delivery
Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Services may not be available on all carriers.
Privacy
We use the information you provide to operate the messaging program as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We share mobile information only with vendors that help us deliver the messages (such as our messaging provider, Twilio), or as required by law.
Messaging through Prosolviz Works
Our software, Prosolviz Works, lets business customers send their own text messages to their contacts. Those messages are sent by the business that uses the software, which is responsible for obtaining consent from its own recipients. This page covers messages sent by Prosolviz itself.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
